Why are there games missing from my360stats profile? |
Currently through the XCDP gamercard XML feed we're able to retrieve details for the last 16 games you played.
We automatically update all the tags in our database roughly once every three days.
When someone views a gamer profile that has not been updated within the last 24 hours we tag it for an update.
You can use this to populate missing games from your profile by playing them again so they appear in the last 16 games.
We do not capture details for games that have zero gamerscore. (e.g. Play Online Viewer, Quake2)
We only add games to your profile if you have at least one achievement unlocked.
The Incomplete Profiles page allows you to check a Gamertag and has a graphical example of the Last 16 game data.
Privacy Settings: It's also possible that you have privacy settings enabled that hide your achievements from everyone or those not on your friends list. If that's the case then we can't capture your game data. As there's not a lot of point us trying to monitor your gamertag if you hide your achievements after three unsuccessful attempts to update your profile we will remove your gamertag from our database. You'll find more about Privacy Settings on the Xbox Support site here. |

Why is my Gamerscore on my360stats less than what I've earnt? |
|
Your my360stats profile is currently automatically updated rougly every four days. That said, if your profile hasn't been updated in the last 12 hours and someone (including you) views your Gamerscore or Achievements profile page it is marked for an update.
If your profile has been recently updated and your Gamerscore is still missing points, please see the FAQ item above as we may have been unable to capture details for all the games you've played.
|
|
Why has my360stats profile been deleted? |
1) Please see the information about Privacy Settings above. 2) If for whatever reason we've taken a closer look at your achievement summary on Xbox.com and we suspect you're "game saving" or "achievement glitching" we will remove your gamertag from our database. |
|
What happens if I change my Gamertag? |
We're not (currently) able to automatically detect that your Gamertag has changed.
You can add your new gamertag to our database, but don't forget as it says above, we can only automatically grab the details for the most recent 16 games you've played.
A few people have contacted us asking if we can move their achievements from an old Gamertag to a new one.
We don't have access to your Gamertag data in that sort of way at all, but as far as we know it's not something that even Xbox Support can do for you. If you want to keep your achievements then you need to "change" your Gamertag, not create a new one.

What is a Gamer Score Whore ?
|
- Gamer - One who plays a game, especially a role-playing or computer game.
- Score - The number of points attributed to a competitor or team.
- Whore - A person considered as having compromised principles for personal gain.
If you have any of the following symptoms you might just be a 'Gamerscore Whore':
|
- When a new game is released is your first thought about what and how easy the achievements are?
- Have you purchased a second 360 console from another region to play games not available in your region?
- Do you consider if a particular achievement is worth the time / effort for the minimal gamerscore it offers?
- You're really excited about our 'Averages' (easiest games for gamerscore) reports.
- Do you have more than one of these (excellent) sites bookmarked;
achieve360points.com, xbox360achievements.org, GameSpot's 6000 points article and of course not forgettting www.GamerScoreWhore.com (our new project)
|
Please note, being a GSW is nothing to be ashamed of. Xbox 360 is certainly addictive, but it's good clean fun. |
|
What is an Achievement Whore? |
Unlike a GSW, an AW is more obsessed with completing the games they do own than their total gamerscore.
An AW won't stop at 26 achievements in Kameo, just because the co-op ones don't have any gamerscore.
They get frustrated by titles with glitched achievements like Smash TV and Texas Hold'em.
An AW will think outside the (x)box for simpler ways to unlock tricky achievements.
They'll consider boosting / glitching to unlock those almost impossible top of the leaderboard achievements.
They won't settle for less than 100% and would love to appear on our First 2 Finish leaderboard. |

Multiplayer Support |
The little table to the right appears on the Game Info pages.
You'll usually find basic details of a games multiplayer support on the back of the case but not whether the game allows Xbox Live guests or multiple Gamertags on a single console. We're doing our best to compile this information but wherever you see a ? we've yet to confirm that figure so please drop us a line if you can help.
Offline
Solo: Not every game has a single player mode (e.g. Phantasy Star Online) but usually this will be 1.
Co-op: How many players can play a campaign or co-operative game type, usually split screen, on a single console.
Vs: On a single console playing in a versus game type. (Split or single screen. e.g. Gears / Bomberman)
System Link
Max: Total number of players in a system link game.
Co-op: As per the offline stat, number of players on a single console, playing co-op game type over system link.
Vs: As per the offline stat, number of players on a single console, playing versus game type over system link.
Live
Max: Total number of players in an Xbox Live game. May vary by game type, but this is the maximum for this game.
Co-op: Number of players on a single console, playing co-op / campaign game type on Xbox live.
Tags: How many Gamertags can sign in and play on a single console in an Xbox Live game.
Guests: How many guest players can sign in alongside a Gamertag on a single console and play in an Xbox Live game.
A number shown in [square brackets] indicates the maximum number of gamers in a System Link or Live co-op game type.
A hyphen - indicates that particular mode is not supported by the game.
A question mark ? indicates we haven't yet confirmed the value.
Co-op stats do not include team based versus game types. Some games don't offer a co-operative campaign / story mode but do feature co-operative play against AI.
e.g. Rainbox Six Vegas has a four player, one Gamertag per console, co-operative game type on Xbox Live.
If a game features a co-operative campaign and a co-operative game type we will display the maximum values. e.g. Gears of War 2's campaign co-op is 1 [2] over Xbox Live. The game type Horde is 4 [5] as it supports up to 4 players on a single console and 5 maximum in that game type on Live.
In the example shown above, you can have up to sixteen players in an Xbox Live game and on a single console it's possible to sign in up to four individual Gamertags and then connect to an Xbox Live game. The number in brackets for Live Co-op indicates that although versus game types support up to sixteen players, co-operative gameplay has a maximum of eight. This example game allows you to sign in up to three guests to play in an Xbox Live game. Don't forget that any Gamertags signed in would need to be Gold to join an Xbox Live.
